Vuga Music Partners with Indvstry Exchange to Champion African Creativity on the Global Stage

African creativity is stepping onto a larger stage as Vuga Music Inc. partners with Indvstry Clvb for the Indvstry Exchange, a cross-continental program designed to unite the continent’s leading and emerging voices in music, fashion, art, and digital storytelling.

The initiative, themed “Building Beyond Borders,” aims to bridge Africa’s creative industries with the global diaspora through curated panels, networking brunches, and cultural experiences to be held in Nairobi (December 5), Cape Town (December 12), and London.

As a key partner, Vuga Music, a U.S.-based music publishing and management company that empowers African artists and independent labels through publishing, distribution, and sync licensing, will curate and lead the music industry panels in Nairobi and Cape Town. The company, known for simplifying the business side of music so that creatives can focus on their artistry while it handles royalties, licensing, and administration, will bring together artists, executives, and thought leaders to discuss topics such as music publishing, ownership, global collaboration, and the future of African sound in international markets.

“This partnership represents our mission at Vuga Music: simplifying the business of music and helping artists build sustainable careers that transcend borders,” said Ralph B. Amachree, President of Vuga Music Inc. “Through the Indvstry Exchange platform, we are amplifying African creative voices and building connections that redefine global culture.”

The Indvstry Exchange, an initiative of Indvstry Clvb, reflects the organization’s commitment to building a truly interconnected creative ecosystem without borders. Headquartered in London, Indvstry Clvb connects global tastemakers through curated events, digital experiences, and educational programs that give creatives access to the rooms and opportunities that matter. The Indvstry Exchange series embodies this mission, celebrating collaboration across continents and industries.

The event will feature a diverse lineup of speakers, including Silvastone, Anyiko Owoko, DJ Melody Kane, Solo’s World, and Sixiazi, among other influential voices shaping Africa’s creative future.

Also joining the conversation is Steve Othoro, founder of Vision 21 Sports Management & Consulting and Director of The Discovery Club. Othoro oversees the Aspire Football Dreams program across 10 African countries and brings extensive experience in sports and experiential marketing, having managed major campaigns for brands such as Sprite, Barclays, and Tusker. A former professional basketball player in the United States, he offers a unique perspective on the growing intersection of sports, music, and culture in Africa.

Each session, from virtual panels to in-person brunches and content days, is designed to foster community, collaboration, and authentic storytelling across the creative spectrum, uniting Africa’s cultural innovators with their global peers.
